Zirconia Laminated

irconia Laminate Crowns result in a highly aesthetic and translucent finish, comparable to a natural tooth. They consist of a zirconia substructure which is milled with the latest Roland DGSHAPE’s DWX-52DCi CAD/CAM technology, and layered with aesthetic porcelain fused to zirconia. Due to their versatility, application could consist of one unit case to a full mouth restoration.

Furthermore, zirconia is a natural material, has a low thermal conductivity and 100% “biocompatible”. Making it suitable for patients susceptible to alloy allergy, sensitivity to temperature variation, or as an alternative to metal free crown restoration.

Porcelain Fused To Metal (PFM)

Porcelain Fused to Metal crowns consist of metal sub-structure that have high compressive and tensile strength, with porcelain fused to the metal. The porcelain gives it a natural tooth like appearance thus making it highly aesthetic. PFM is still one of the popular choices by dentists for crown restorations because, when they are carefully constructed and fitted, they are strong, reliable and aesthetically pleasing. The versatility does not stop there; a variety of precious, semi-precious and non-precious alloy could be used, and restorations could be anterior or posterior.

Monolithic Zirconia

Monolithic Zirconia Crown is a new all ceramic crown and bridge restorations, that are milled with the latest CAD/CAM technology from all-zirconia blocks. Zirconia is the hardest material used in dentistry today and is virtually unbreakable. For this reason, they are suited for Bruxism, allergy prone, thermal sensitive tooth patients and tooth preserving preparation. Because of their aesthetically pleasing property, restorations could range from anterior to posterior. Above all, they are an ideal alternative to full cast metal restoration.
